WhatsApp Support

Refund Policy

  • The Multi Visit Pass is non-refundable once activated.
  • A refund is only applicable if The Block is unable to deliver the service (e.g. venue closure, safety issue).
  • No refund is available after a session has begun.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • A confirmed session slot must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in a session deduction for Multi Visit Pass holders.
  • No-shows are treated as used sessions and will not be refunded or re-credited.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Slot rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp as early as possible.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and is not guaranteed.
  • Operational and seasonal constraints may limit available reschedule slots.

Multi Visit Pass — Session Rules

The Multi Visit Pass works differently from a single-session booking. Here's how sessions and deductions apply:

  • Each confirmed and used session counts as 1 session deducted from your pass balance.
  • Sessions are blocked by sending your pass number and preferred date/time via WhatsApp. Confirmation is manual.
  • A session blocked via WhatsApp and then cancelled within 24 hours of the slot may be deducted.
  • Pass sessions not used within the validity period (1 year from purchase) expire without refund or extension.
