All bookings are subject to slot availability and successful confirmation. A booking is treated as confirmed only after payment is completed successfully or, in the case of manual enquiries, after direct confirmation from The Block.
6. Safety disclaimer
Paintball and Gel Blaster activities involve physical movement, impact, and fast-paced play. Users participate at their own risk and are required to follow all safety instructions, wear mandated protective gear, and disclose any relevant physical limitations where appropriate.
7. Conduct and equipment use
Unsafe behaviour is not permitted
Misuse of equipment, intentional damage, aggressive conduct outside gameplay rules, or refusal to comply with staff instructions may result in removal from the session without refund.
8. Liability
The Block is not responsible for injuries, damage, or losses arising from a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions, venue rules, or staff guidance. Participants are expected to act responsibly and use provided equipment correctly.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, branding, images, graphics, and layout elements, belongs to The Block or its content providers and may not be copied, reused, or republished without prior written permission.
10. Governing law
